You can get some R&R inside with the newly renovated interior or bask in the sun while lying in the roomy wading pool, complete with a fountain, on the lower terrace overlooking the beach and the Caribbean.
The upper terrace is covered by a palapa (thatched) roof and is great for viewing sunrises, sunsets and for the perfect outdoor dining experience. The beach is on the Caribbean side and is ideal for walking, sunbathing, swimming or snorkeling.
Casa Tranquila has 2 bedrooms, both of which are upstairs and both have queen size beds, one with a window seat which can comfortably sleep one child. Each bedroom has its own terrace. There are 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and the other downstairs. The front door opens into the lovely living room complete with comfortable furniture, an entertainment center and a cozy window seat.
The kitchen is well equipped and beautifully decorated with Talavera tiles and an archway leading into the dining room and out to the wading pool and terrace. The home is air conditioned throughout.
This beautiful home accommodates 2 couples or a family of four very comfortably. Casa Tranquila is directly beside Villa Tranquila and can be rented together to easily accommodate 12 adults or 6 couples which would be ideal for weddings, retreats, conventions or just a large group of family or friends. There is a full size air mattress available to accommodate extra visitors. Casa Tranquila is just a short walk from downtown and bicycles are available for the guests at no additional charge. A large supply of taxis are available all over the island. Also golf carts and mopeds are available "for rent" in town at several locations. In-house full body massage by a professional therapist is available for additional cost.

With the tightening economy and to better serve our clients, we have decided not to raise our rates at this time- they will remain the same as the past couple of years.

Cancellation Policy
If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less 20% handling charge. All other refunds, which includes the 30 day prior to arrival balance, will be at the discretion of the owner. Renter must contact owner to discuss details.
NOTICE: NO refunds will be given for cancellation during peak season. There is no charge for change of dates per availability. For your peace of mind, we recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
Balance Due Policy
The balance will be paid in cash, traveler's check, personal check or credit card 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us for information concerning personal check requirements.
