The first floor of the Villa Tranquila Main House consists of a sunken living room furnished with comfy leather chairs with ottoman, built in couches, 27" cable TV with DVD player, CD player and more. Sliding glass doors lead to the terrace.

  There is a bathroom on this level decorated with one of the two wonderful Mexican ceramic sink and tiles that you will see throughout the villa.

  The well equipped kitchen includes a gas stove with grill. The dining room area can accommodate 8 guests. There is a circular staircase leading to the 2nd floor with two bedrooms each with a private full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, leather easy chair and ottoman, bar fridge and a furnished terrace overlooking the Caribbean. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and both bedrooms have cable TV, DVD player, CD player and clock radio and bottled drinking water.

  The Villa Tranquila  Main House can be reserved as a 2 bedroom accommodating 4 guests, as 2 individual studios (each accommodating 2 guests) or reserve the entire villa accommodating up to 8 guests.

Included with your reservations are bicycles for touring the island and there is also a washer and dryer for guest use.

Notice: Due to 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, this property may not be safe for small children.

Villa Tranquila Main House Rental Rates

With the tightening economy and to better serve our clients, we have decided not to raise our rates at this time- they will remain the same as the past couple of years.

There will be a $20 charge per person/ per night for more than 4 persons. Rate subject to change without notice. Rates listed in USD and do include taxes.

Cancellation Policy

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less 20% handling charge. All other refunds, which includes the 30 day prior to arrival balance, will be at the discretion of the owner. Renter must contact owner to discuss details.
NOTICE: NO refunds will be given for cancellation during peak season. There is no charge for change of dates per availability. For your peace of mind, we recommend  purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

The balance will be paid in cash, traveler's check, personal check or credit card 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us for information concerning personal check requirements.
