Across the courtyard from the main Villa Tranquila home is the studio wing. Both upper (Studio #1) and lower (Studio #2)studios have queen beds, full bathrooms, cable TV, DVD player, CD player, bar fridge, microwave oven and coffee maker. Both studios have furnished terrace areas as well as interior seating areas and table and chairs.
 
  The Villa Tranquila Studio can be reserved as a 2 bedroom main house accommodating 4 guests, as 2 individual studios (each accommodating 2 guests) or as the entire villa accommodating up to 8 guests.
 
  Included with your reservation are bicycles for touring the island. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use. In fact, there is possibly not an amenity that the owners have not thought of to make your stay flawless.

Notice: Due to 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, this property may not be safe for small children.

Villa Tranquila Studio #1 or #2 Rental Rates

With the tightening economy and to better serve our clients, we have decided not to raise our rates at this time- they will remain the same as the past couple of years.

There will be a $20 charge per person/ per night for more than 2 persons. Rate subject to change without notice. Rates listed in USD and do include taxes.


Cancellation Policy

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less 20% handling charge. All other refunds, which includes the 30 day prior to arrival balance, will be at the discretion of the owner. Renter must contact owner to discuss details.
NOTICE: NO refunds will be given for cancellation during peak season.
There is no charge for change of dates per availability. For your peace of mind, we recommend  purchasing trip cancellation insurance.


Balance Due Policy
