Villa Tranquila has it all with the incomparable turquoise hues of the Caribbean at your doorstep and a rooftop pool for your enjoyment with downtown and beautiful beaches only a short walk away.
 
  Each room has its own furnished terrace with the palapa (thatched) shaded rooftop terrace perfect for relaxing in the comfortable loungers. The rooftop terrace offers magnificent views of the open sea and Mujeres Bay. There is a mini bar area with a fridge and sink as well as tables and chairs for enjoying spectacular sunsets while dining. There is also a washer and dryer on the premises for your own personal use.
  
  This newly renovated villa can be reserved as a 2 bedroom main house accommodating 4 guests, as 2 individual studios (each accommodating 1 - 2 guests) or as the entire villa which will very comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Villa Tranquila is directly beside Casa Tranquila and can be rented together to easily accommodate 12 adults or 6 couples which would be ideal for weddings, retreats, conventions or just a large group of family or friends.
  
  The living room, master bedroom and both studios are all ocean front. The first floor consists of a sunken living room furnished with comfy leather chairs with ottoman, built in couches, 27" cable TV with DVD player, CD player and more. Sliding doors lead to the terrace. There is a half bathroom on this level decorated with one of the wonderful Mexican ceramic sinks and tiles that are seen throughout the villa. The well equipped kitchen includes a gas stove with grill. There is a dining area that can accommodate 8 guests.
  
  There is an indoor circular staircase leading to the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, each with private full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, leather easy chair and ottoman, fridge and furnished terrace overlooking the Caribbean. The second bedroom has a queen bed, comfortable chair and a table with 2 chairs. Both bedrooms have cable TV, DVD player, CD player and clock radio. 
  
  Included with your reservations is a welcome basket and bicycles for touring the island as a thank you for visiting Villa Tranquila. In-house full body massages by a professional therapist are available for additional cost.
  
  There is a separate building on the property that houses the two studios. Each Studio is furnished with a queen size bed, full bathroom, indoor sitting area, table with 2 chairs, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, bar fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing blanket. There are outdoor sitting areas in addition to the rooftop.
  
  Notice: Due to 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, this property may not be safe for small children.
